Includes: No.71 FALKLAND ROAD. Farmhouse, now house, and adjoining cottage. c1780, with alterations mid C19 and c1977. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and stone slate roofs with 2 coped stone ridge stacks. 2 storeys; 2 and 3 window ranges. L-plan. No.304, to right, has a single and a 3-light glazing bar casement on each floor, those to first floor with label moulds. Right wing has a 3-light glazing bar casement on each floor, both with label moulds. Return angle, to left, has a half-glazed C19 door with hood on brackets. Cottage, to left beyond a boundary wall with board door, has 2 top hung glazing bar casements. Below, central glazed door flanked by similar larger single casements. INTERIOR not inspected. The adjoining cottage was previously listed as No.306 but now has an address in Falkland Road.
