GV II
Barn with attached stables and animal houses, undergoing conversion to residential use. Late C18 and early C19. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and slate, pantile and corrugated iron roofs. Hipped 2 storey barn has to south, facing the farmyard, a pair of off-centre segment-headed plank doors. To left, a stable door, then a stable door flanked by single small windows. To right, a single stable door. Above, breathers and to right, a semicircular pigeon loft opening. To left, a small window. Attached to the west end, a single storey stable range running southwards, with 3 doors and 2 windows. At their south end, a pair of wooden gates and gateposts. To east of the barn, a single storey range with a stable door and a window. At the right end, a 2 storey hayloft with outside staircase and upper plank door. To the north-west, an animal shed with walled enclosure. Hayloft has at the rear a loft door to left and a reglazed window to right. Below, to left, a stable door flanked to right by a slatted casement. At the east end, a single storey range running southwards, with 2 stable doors and a shuttered window. At the rear, 2 garages. INTERIOR not inspected.
