2 houses, now offices. c1820. Brick with painted ashlar dressings and hipped slate roof with 2 ridge and single side wall stacks. Plinth, quoins to right ground floor, first floor band, moulded eaves. Windows mainly have painted brick flat arches. 3 storeys plus basement; 5 x 4 windows. 5 plain sashes, the central one smaller, and above, three 6-pane sashes to left and two 2-light casements to right. Below, central panelled mid C19 ashlar doorcase with cornice and semicircular pediment with tympanum inscribed "Queen Street Chambers" . On either side, 2 plain sashes. Right return has a blank flanked by a plain sash to left and a double plain sash to right. Below, similar fenestration, with a central plain sash. The double sashes have lintels. Second floor has 3 small windows, the right one larger. Basement has a single square opening to right. INTERIOR not inspected.
