House. Probably late C18, remodelled c1880 by Robert Griffiths for Thomas Fletcher Twemlow, as part of a scheme of development on the Betley estate. Late C20 alterations and additions. Red brick with plain tile roof single gable and ridge coped brick stacks. Dentillated brick eaves. Windows are mainly C19 3-light casements with segmental heads. 2 storeys: 3 bays.
To right, door covered by late C20 porch. Above, C19 plain sash with segmental head. To left, on each floor, 2 windows. Rear has late C20 fenestration.
INTERIOR: Not accessible at time of survey.
OUTSIDE: Chamfered blue brick plinth, formerly with railing, across the front and returned to the left. Pair of square red and blue brick gatepiers with pyramidal stone caps. Similar pier to left, reduced in height.
