II
House, now offices. Late C18 and early C19, converted to offices 1981. Brick with stone dressings and slate roof with 3 gable and single ridge stacks. Stone plinth, moulded eaves, coped gables. 2 storeys; 3 window range. East front has a central 2-storey shallow bow window with, on each floor, a central tripartite window flanked by single windows. All these windows are C20 top hung casements with flat arches. First floor windows are smaller. Left gable has, to left, a single glazing bar sash on each floor. In the rear return angle, a square 2-storey parapeted porch with a round-headed top hung casement and below, a round-headed doorway with C20 door and fanlight. Both openings have impost bands. Rear wing has renewed C20 fenestration. INTERIOR has a softwood dogleg stair with turned balusters and ramped handrail. Rear wing has early C19 king post roof.
