China clay store. Built 1893. Whitewashed granite rubble. Slate monopitch roof with gabled ends and light in roof at south end.
PLAN: Rectangular on plan, 3-cell building on quay, built into cliff at rear and facing Inner Harbour.
EXTERIOR: Symmetrical east front has three round/cambered arch entrances, each with small square hatch above. Similar entrance at south end and hatch at north end.
INTERIOR: Partly converted and floors inserted.
NOTE: This china clay store might have been built by Harvey's of Hayle, who built the harbour at Porthleven.
