Semi-detached houses. c1840 (RCHME). Rendered, slate hipped roof. A pair of Regency villas, with some rear extensions, and linked to Nos 207 & 209 (qv) to the right. The group is set well back from the road, with a common entry from it. 2 storeys, each 2 windows; No.203 has plain sashes above a glazed tent verandah over 2 sets of French doors, and, set back to the left, a panelled door. A long return wing to the left has a timber, lead-roofed glazed conservatory at first floor above a plain wall, with 1 margin-pane sash, and a hipped rear gable. No.205 is similar, but has a glazed lean-to vernadah above a glazed frontage, including a panelled door. A deep box eaves with fretted fascia, and a central stack. INTERIOR: not inspected.
