Attached house, probably former stable accommodation.
1809-1813. Designed and built by James Burton. Stucco with
plain stucco 1st floor sill band. 2 storeys. Double fronted
with 2 windows. Ground floor openings in recessed arches.
Central doorway with reeded cornice-head and double panelled
doors. Square-headed, recessed sash windows. Cornice and
blocking course with raised panel over the centre bay.
INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings with urn finials to areas.
