Circa 1900 building, formerly a school. Two storeys at left, one tall storey at
right. The right bay is gabled and has a large, segment-headed window with 2 rows
of transoms - plainly the former school hall. First floor of left bay tile hung
and blank. Other walls of coursed dressed stone with quoins. Three-light casement
under flat gauged red brick arch on ground floor. A further set-back left bay
is tile-hung above and has an open shelter on ground floor. High pitched swept
tiled roofs. There is a rear span at left and a gabled wing behind at right.
