2. Late mediaeval timber framed cottage. 2 storeys, 2 window. Hipped, tiled roof with small ridge gablets and projecting end stacks. Tile hung 1st floor, visible framing, with painted brick filling on ground floor. C19 caasements. Modern wide glazed front porch with hipped tiled roof.

Old Darenth Cottage shall be amended to read Old Darent Cottage.

The entries for items 31/1177, 31/1178 and 31/1179 on pages 299 and 300 SHOREHAM Darent Way shall be amended to read SHOREHAM Darenth Way
