2. Substantial C16 house altered and with C19 south wing, the former stables and cast block. Main front now of 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows, irregular. High pitched tiled roof has ridge stack with arrises and cornice in several planes. Tile hung 1st floor, coursed rubble ground floor. Projecting right end chimney of coursed rubble with tall brick shaft. C19 and modern casements. Projecting gabled centrepiece and modern porch to left of it. Long back range of coursed freestone with tiled roofs. Inside much exposed timber upstairs. Strong side-purlin roof with wind braces. Downstairs remodelled but very large inglenook, under carved beam with flattened Tudor arch, remains.
