Early C19 symmetrical pair. 3 storeys and basement red brick with painted plinth
and bands between storeys. Gable end pantile roof with small flat cornice. 7
window front, recessed sashes, only one window on No 30 retains glazing bars, flat
painted arches. Modern doors in 3rd and 6th bays retaining 3 pane fanlights
and Doric doorcases with pilasters and entablature. 7 stone steps up to each door
with plain spear head rails.

All the listed buildings on the North Side from nos 2 to 30 form a good group.
