2. (Includes former No 1 Falconer's Square) Circa 1840-50 stuccoed block with fronts to Huntriss Row and Falconer's Square. Formerly separate properties. 3 storeys with bowed corners each end of block, that to huntriss Row inset. The ground floor is rusticated with entablature over part of it. Moulded main cornice, with brackets around corners, and parapet. String courses. Shallow superimposed segmental tripartite windows alternate with single sashes to upper floors, most of glazing bars intact. The windows to inset bowed corner with Huntriss Row have Corinthian pilasters dividing lights and on Huntriss Row front the windows are also flanked by Corinthian pilasters with cornices over each floor of bows. The west front to Falconer's Square has central window and door flanked by panels giving 3 bay effect. Ground floor in part as public house front with broad fluted pilasters flanking doors.

The listed buildings in Falconer's Road and Nos 3 to 9 (consec) Falconer's Square all form a group.
