2. Mid to later C18. 2 storeys attic and basement, rusticated cement rendering on brick, formerly with bands over windows and parapet. Gable end old pantile roof. 2 flat roofed dormers. 4 window symmetrical front sashes altered glazing. Door of 6 fielded panels in 2nd bay from right hand arched radiating and wreathed fanlight, panelled reveal and soffit to arch of doorcase, architrave with roundel corner blocks. Scroll brackets to broken entablature and open pediment. Interior modernised.
Nos 1 to 7 (consec) Palace Hill Terrace with the Steps, Rails and Terrace proper form a good group.
