(Formerly listed as Burnham Overy Staithe House 50 metres south-west of tie Moorings)

House. C17 restored early C20. Knapped flint with brick dressings, red pantiled front, coursed pebble flint with brick dressed returns and rear. Two storeys with attics. Three windows. Two ground floor and three first floor three light casements with glazing bars, early C20, set in raised brick rusticated surrounds with soldier arch heads infilling earlier flush brick dressed surrounds. Central early C20 ground floor flat roofed additional rectangular bay with central three-light casement and shaped parapet. Four first floor brick lozenges. Raised rusticated brick end quoins,first floor platband, brick modillion eaves cornice, kneelers with pedestals and roundels,coped parapet gables with two end stacks. West gable with two fine windows and one attic window, east gable with lozenges, rear with C17 brick dressed window openings.
