Four cottages in row. Circa 1800. Local stone rubble with exposed timber lintols; stepped clay tile roofs with simple gables brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays each.
No 11 has blocked opening lower bay 1, 6-pane sash lower bay 2 and 2-light small pane casements above; between bays a 6-panel door with glazed toplights in plain recess; this roof apparently lifted in later C20.
No 13 has small 4-light casement to lower bay 1, above are small 4-pane sash windows; to lower bay 2 a 6-panel door with glazed toplights in simple opening, up 2 steps.
No 15 has 2-light casement windows with single horizontal glazing bars; to bay 1 tall boarded yard gates with wicket; between bays a plain boarded door, up 2 steps, in deep reveal.
No 17, formerly rendered, has 6-pane sash windows to lower bay 1 and 3-light with horizontal sliding sash to bay 2; above are a large and a small 2-light casement windows; early C20 glazed door between bays.
Interiors not seen.
Whole forms picturesque group on hillside, set off by raised pavement to front, with steps at North end.
