2. C18 timber-framed and plastered. Brick faced on the ground storey. Roof tiled (old tiles), hipped at the south end. Two storeys. Two window range, casements with glazing bars. Central doorway with tiled hood on brackets. A raised brick band extends across the front between the storeys. End brick stack at the north end. A later C19 flint and brick addition of one storey extends to the south. Roof pantiled. The original building is said to have been The Old Toll House that functioned until the latter part of the C18.
