and C17, altered and extended C19. Timber-framed, colourwashed
brick front, Welsh slated roof behind parapet, corbelled
cornice, detail of brickwork matching adjacent No.1 Baldock
Street (qv), but with higher level roof.
2 storeys and attics above basement. 2 sash windows with
glazing bars in reveals under flat arches, central first floor
dummy window. 5 panel door with 2 glazed upper panels, and
fanlight in round headed reveal, 3 steps above street level.
Carriageway on right with timber studwork of No.1 Baldock
Street exposed, and exposed beams above. Rear wing of 2
storeys, plastered and colourwashed, with some C17 fan
pargeting, and exposed timbers, and internally, mortices
