GV II
House, formerly a pair of Shuttleworth Estate cottages in picturesque style. Early C19. Brick building with colourwashed roughcast render. Hipped fishscale tile roof with terracotta decorative ridge cresting with finials. U-shaped building of one storey and attics, side wings with semi-hexagonal ends. 3 round-headed. dormers, one to centre, one each to side wings. 3 ground floor windows, one to centre, one each to side wings. All windows are 2-light casements with diamond leading. 6 panel door to each side wing. Double integral stacks to both ends with decorative pots.
