Shop, formerly with living accommodation above, now offices. C17, refaced C18, when former gabled roof probably reconstructed, C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-framed. Stucco, hipped old tiled roof with box dormer with C20 window replacing earlier hip-roofed dormer. 2 storeys and attics, cornice, and C20 box gutter. 2 sash windows with divided glazing at left, one narrow undivided sash window at right, all nearly flush set with architrave surrounds. Moulded plaster window head at centre left indicates former large first floor window, replaced by sashes early C19. Ground floor has modern, early 1970s shopfront, with offset door, large and small display windows, with projecting timber surrounds with curved corners, and projecting modern arch above recessed entrance door. Boxed out fascia above. North elevation faces East Street. 2 storeys, stucco faced, part over brickwork, possibly beneath underbuilt jetty at left, modern rebuild, with exposed boxes and architrave surrounds at left, beneath hipped roofed old tiled projection, and C20 metal casement at right.
