2. Formerly part of Weller's Brewery. Late C18 or early C19. Flint with brick and stone dressings. North elevation painted weatherboard. Hipped Welsh slate roof, wooden modillion cornice. Two storeys, north elevation has two doors, three 4-light casements, three garage doors and seven 3-light leaded casements to first floor, one modern casement on right. South elevation of flint rubble with red brick quoins and dressings, eight pointed arched recesses with stone impost bands and keyblocks, to each floor. east elevation to street similar but with stone dressings two bays with pilasters having in and out quoins. Window in left-hand ground floor arched recess.
