Farmhouse. Dated and inscribed over entrance I.T. E.T. 1672, with C19 alterations. Roughcast walls under Welsh slate roof with coped gables; brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays; cross passage plan. C20 door in Tudor-style surround under hoodmould. Sash windows with glazing bars in chamfered stone surrounds, that on ground floor right a narrower fire window, and small square window over entrance. Two original windows on upper floor have been blocked. Derelict and unoccupied at time of survey. Interior appears to have no internal features of interest. Built-in cupboard of 1683 has been removed in C20. Adjoining barns are not of interest.
