Two parallel ranges, the front range C18, weatherboarded to first floor and painted brick to ground floor, the rear range early C19 red brick. Tiled roofwith 4 brick stacks. Two storeys; 5 windows. Cleve Cottage retains early C19 metal casements, 2 Mill Terrace has C20 UPVC windows and door and Chasmead has C20 UPVC windows and door. Cleve Cottage has lean-to extension to side and Chasmead has C20 extension with casement and door.
