WESTHAMPNETT GOODWOOD PARK SU 80 NE 13/98B Nos 1-3 Laundry Green and the Gordon Rooms - - II*
L-shaped late C18 'Gothick' building, probably designed by James Wyatt. Two storeys. Nine windows facing east, seven windows facing south. Faced with flints. Castellated parapet. Hipped tiled roof. Pointed windows on ground floor. Quatrefoil-shaped windows above. Glazing bars intact. At the south end of the south wing is a section under the same roof span with one ordinary non-Gothic large sash window with pointed tympanum over and flanking window-spaces. The east wing comprises three cottages and the south wing staff recreation rooms.
