House and shop. C18 and altered and extended late C19. Rendered with plain tiled roof. Two storeys, of two builds, unified by later decorative treatment. Plinth, plat band and pilaster strip, with hipped roof and stacks to centre and to rear left. Three margin light sash to left with lugged and bracketed raised surrounds, and two to right, at lower level, with raised heads, with two identical margin light sashes to right on ground floor (originally with doorway to right, only the lintel survives). Late C19 shop front to left, with arched headed mullioned and transomed windows and glazed door.
