TQ 2980 SW and NW CITY OF WESTMINSTER JERMYN STREET, SWl 70/118; 81/126 No. 106 G.V. II Offices and shop. 1906-07 by Treadwell and Martin. Stone faced with slate and lead roof. Free Jacobethan Arts and Crafts. 5 storeys and attic. Narrow single window wide front. Ground floor taken up by shop front with panelled and glazed door and plate glass display window with fascia over, framed by moulded and stopped architrave arched up either side of the bay window above to enclose foliated cartouche. The upper floors have a 4-storey projecting canted bay with mullion-transomed casements with bands of carved foliage to 2nd and 3rd floors aprons, the whole flanked by long through storey pilaster-panels arched at top to frame cartouches. Deeply moulded cornice arched over lunette attic window and crowning, tall, conical ball-finialed roof.
