Details
Th following building shall be added to the list:
EAST REACH ST 2324 NW (north side) 12/196 No 35b. (Windsor House) GV II House, now doctor's surgery. Early-mid C19 with later alterations. Red brick in English garden wall bond, stuccoed at front; Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 1 bay. On left, concrete steps with simple, old, iron handrails up to round-arched entrance having 6-panel door under fanlight with radial glazing bars; late C20 lantern hung above. Central 2-storey tripartite bow window with c1970 curved sashes (of 12 panes flanked by 8 panes), projecting sills, cornices and friezes and flat metal roof. On 2nd floor, short tripartite sash with 6-pane window flanked by 2-pane windows. Banded end stacks. Interior: Late C19 lobby door, light rose, hall arch, front- room fireplace and dog-leg stair.
