C17 or earlier timber-framed building, restored in the C19. Some timbering with
stone rubble infilling is exposed in the ground floor of the north front with tile-
hanging above. Otherwise refaced with stone and tile-hanging. Tiled roof. Small
tile-hung gable oversailing on brackets in centre of south front. Massive crow-
stepped chimney breast of stone rubble and red brick on east wall. Two gables
to north front. At the south east angle is a gabled L-wing which was added in
the C19 with crow-stepped chimney breast on east wall. Casement windows. Two
storeys. Three windows.
