Orangery. Late C18. Beaulieu cream brick in Flemish bond; slate roof, largely collapsed. Central section and top of right-hand wing largely collapsed. Formerly one storey, 7 bays with pedimented side wings, central portion having rusticated end pilasters with flint bands and sash windows with semi-circular tympanum over each. Side wings are taller, having rectangular gauged-brick- arched recesses with round-arched recesses over, the latter with string and blind oculus; dentil corniced pediments. Left return: 3 bays; stone and brick plinth; from left a doorway, window and blind window to ground floor, and a window and 2 blind windows above; all openings have gauged flat brick arches, the windows stone sills, and the blind windows blue header brick infilling. Stepped dentilled eaves. Right return: 2 bays. Left bay has broad pilaster with stone imposts and springing from former arch; right bay has round-arched doorway. Stepped impost band. Storm damaged and derelict at time of inspection (October 1989).

2. Early C19. White brick. Slate roof. 1 storey. 7 window bays flanked by rusticated pilasters with flints. Semi-circular tympanum over each barred sash. At each end pedimented bay with round arched recessed panel and wide pilasters. Built at rear of stables. Cams Hall and its associated listed buildings form a group. (The barn, pigeon house, cart shed with loft, small building to east of cart shed and eastern bank at cams Hall Home Farm are buildings of local interest).
