2. (Marked on the map as Abbey Mills). Early C19. 2-storeys. Colourwashed stucco with moulded string over 1st floor windows. Flat bracketed eaves cornice and hipped slate roof. The central part of east and west fronts has a slight projection. East front, 5 windows on 1st floor and 4 windows on ground floor; sash windows 4 panes wide in reveals. Pair of double doors with 6 panels in panelled arched recess in centre with semi-circular fanlight with modern glazing over; reeded frame. The west front has same window arrangement but the central 1st floor window has a French casement opening on to a small balcony with cast iron rails. Modern French casements on ground floor. On north side, flight of 6 modern steps flanked by closed stucco balustrade leads up to a doorway with 6 panelled door in panelled reveals; rectangular fanlight with rectangular glazing pattern over. (Upper 2 panels in door cut away and glazed).
