TL 74 SE OVINGTON OVINGTON ROAD 3/170 Small outbuilding on opposite side of road and approx 50 metres east of Upper Farmhouse and adjoining a track
GV II
Outbuilding probably a dwelling at some time now with granary to first floor. Late C16. Timber framed, part plastered, part weatherboarded with corrugated iron patching and roof. Some timber framing infilled with red brick. 2 storeys and loft. High quality frame. Heavy chamfered bridging joist. Mullion window. Side purlin roof. Soffit tenons with diminished haunches.
