Early C19. Two cottages with barn to each end. Hammer dressed stone. Struck pointing to cottages. Pitched stone slate roof. Moulded footstones to south west. Two storeys. South east elevation: two cottages: Ground floor: two entrances with stone surrounds (one has tie-stones). One entrance has adjoining single light (blocked). One 5-light stone mullioned window; one 3-light stone mullioned window. First floor: four 3-light stone mullioned windows. Barn to South West: large doorway with semicircular arched head (part blocked) and stone surround and tie-stones and small light over with false arched head. Small doorway with stone surround and tie-stones. Barn to North East: large doorway with semicircular arched head, stone surround and tie-stones (part blocked) with small light over the false arched head. North West elevation: 2-storey extension has pitched stone slate roof. Ground floor: back to earth with window in light well. First floor: former loading door (part blocked).
