7/27 Outbuilding to the north of Bunny Hall 14.5.52 G.V. II
Outbuilding. c.1700. Designed by and built for Sir Thomas Parkyns. Red brick with some blue brick chequering and ashlar dressings. Slate roof. Chamfered ashlar quoins. Set on a plinth with chamfered ashlar band over. First floor ashlar band. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Doorway with plank door. To the left is a single ashlar mullion 2 light casement. To the right is a single blocked opening with the remains of an ashlar lintel, further right is a single similar casement with 4 similar casements aboive. All casements lack glazing bars. Sir Thomas Parkyns Bart. (c.1662-1741) carried out improvements to and rebuilt almost all of Bunny to his own designs.
