2. Early C19. Villa. Stucco; East elevation rusticated. West elevation beach flint with red brick dressings. Ripped slate roof. Brick chimneys (east one rendered). 2 storeys and basement, stringcourse above ground floor, and plain eaves cornice. Soffit of eaves overhang is panelled. Stucco porch with "primitivist" order, plain squat pilasters with incised line decoration, plain frieze, very prominent cornice, stunted pediment and exaggerated acroteria, both with incised line decoration. Contemporary 4 panelled door in plain reveals, 2 panels glazed, 2 fielded and with fret pattern inserted. Art nouveau knocker. 1 window either side of porch, 3 on 1st floor, all tripartite double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
Nos 46 to 62 (even) and retaining wall at No 60 form a group with Nos 45 to 63 (odd) and 77 to 83 (odd) and pavements and railings.
