West House, C18 centre with alterations, and late c18 or early C19 front, north, of yellow brick, 3 storey. 5 sash windows including blank panels in lieu of windows. Late C19 garden front, south with large gray brick bay projections, 2 storeys and attic. Interior: central stair with arch at head and foot with moulded key, 6-panel doors with drop handles. Adjoining east, West Cottage C18 south front, red brick, flush frame sash windows at and centre blank panel (one window now with centre glazing bars only, and one altered to casement). 2 storeys and attic. Pantile roof. Entrance with open segmental pediment on scroll consoles. I storey wing, of flint and red brick, east. Interior: 2 wood mantels, 6-panel doors, attic with heavy timbers.

West House, West Cottage and Levlands form a group.
