Late C18. Farmhouse, cottage and barn. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Very large plinth stones. Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gables. Moulded foot- stones. Gable stacks to house and cottage. Two storeys. Cottage: South elevation: Ground floor: former entrance (now blocked) with stone surround; entrance within modern porch. One 3-light stone mullioned window. First floor: one 3-light stone mullioned window; one 2-light stone mullioned window. House: Ground floor: one 8-light stone mullioned window (King mullion and double lintel). First floor: one 8-light stone mullioned window (only King mullion remaining). North elevation: Ground floor: one single light. First floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window. Barn: South elevation: large central doorway with large millstone grit lintel on rounded corbels and quoins. Small light over doorway with false arch in large lintel, large stone surrounds and tie-stones. Further light above this. Small entrance with stone surround and tie-stones and deep double lintel.
