C18 (major early C19 alterations). Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone slate roof. Moulded footstones. 2/3 storeys due to sloping site. South West elevation: Ground floor: blocked door with large lintel. First floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window (lights blocked). One 2-light stone mullioned window. Second floor: two 3-light stone mullioned windows (one window blocked). North East elevation: Ground floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window. First floor: one window with stone surround. Second floor: one 3-light stone mullioned window (one mullion removed); one window with stone surround. North West gable: landing window with semicircular head (blocked). South East gable: Ground floor: door with chamfered reveals; one window in stone surround. First and second floors: two 2-light stone mullioned windows. Lean-to to west side with half round window with keystone and ornamental sill.
