Formerly windmill, now house: probably c1775. Major late C20 restoration to house. Circular raking tower of red brick in Flemish garden wall bond. 5-storeys high with a flat roof. Windows mostly have weak segmental brick heads and small- pane, iron casements with intersecting tracery and a central hinged panel of 4 panes. Some C20 sympathetic examples. 2 doors at ground level and 1 loading bay part way up. Interior: very heavy softwood beams remain but remainder altered.
