Details

CHURCH PATH 1. 5231 (East Side) Fareham Manor Croft SU 5806 SW 1/65 II GV 2. Earlier/mid C19. Flint with white brick quoins and window dressings. Symmetrical composition with Manor Lodge (which is the other half of this semi-detached pair). Advanced outer gabled bay with geometric brickwork. 2 storeys. 2 windows, unbarred sashes. Ground floor has end bay with canted and painted stone battlemented bay window. Side gabled porch with pierced and scalloped bargeboard. Manor Cottage, Manor house, Manor lodge and Manor Croft form a group of C19 flint houses, with their garden walls and gate piers. The group is also related to the Parish Church, Church Place and to the listed buildings in Osborne Road.
