Early to mid C19. Interior. 1839. One storey. Octagonal structure of flint
with red brick dressings and lacing courses. Tiled octagonal roof with over-hanging
eaves. 5 windows in segmental arches with red brick window dressings; 2
light casement with glazing bars; blind window openings as well. Inside,
stone floor; white stone and small dark blue diamond shaped flags. Walls
tiled up to bench level; wooden dairy bench with tiled top. Blue painted
walls above; except for tiled shouldered architraves above windows, tiled
borders to each bay and tiled frieze (blue, white and beige tiles). Dairy
recently restored and repaired. Inscription by entrance: At Spes non fracta
A Singer Excudit Vauxhall MDCCC XXXIX.
