2. Dated 1837. Buff brick, of 3 bays divided by plain pilasters; 2-storeyed facade; outer bays have raking parapets, that at centre rising above with cornice and pedimental entablature having stone tablet with above date; small paned iron windows with semi-circular heads, those to ground storey with square heads and cast-iron lintels; stone pilaster doorcase with cornice and 12-panelled divided door.
