GV II
Former chapel, latterly parochial hall and now used by the Salvation Army. c1830. Lined-out stucco, rusticated to ground floor with slate roof. 2 storeys, 5-window range with central 3 bays advanced and divided by Corinthian pilasters. Plain end pilasters. Upper round-headed windows with margin lights. 3 doors in moulded architraves in Doric portico. 30-pane sash windows in lugged architraves each side to ground floor. 5 bay arcaded returns with 3-pane sash windows with flat-arched brick heads to ground floor, and round-arched windows over linked by continuous sill band which also forms the cornice of the dividing pilasters.
