Includes: Nos.26, 28 AND 30 GREAT KING STREET. Group of 4 houses occupying corner site. Now in use as shops and offices. c1830. Brick with Welsh slate roof. 3-storeyed. Elevation to Bridge Street (apparently divided between No.36 Bridge Street and No.30 Great King Street) a 4-window range with tripartite sash windows each side of doorway. 6-panelled door with plain fanlight in doorcase with open pediment carried on Tuscan pilasters. Upper windows are sashes with wide splayed finely gauged flat-arched brick heads. Windows to left of doorway (No.30 Great King Street) retain small panes, and are 12-pane sashes to first floor. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Great King Street elevation has central segmentally-arched carriage entry. No.30 is to the right, with central door in moulded architrave flanked by 12-pane sash windows on each floor. To the left, a round-arched doorway with 4-panelled door, and inserted shop front beyond. Two 12-pane sash windows above. Gable end and axial stacks.
