Includes: No.2 ANGEL HILL. Town house. Mid/late C18, or possibly a remodelling of older house. Slatehanging on timber frame; fairly steep dry Delabole slate hipped roof with late C19 crested clay ridge tiles and central hipped roof dormer boarded over; rear lateral stack. Shallow double-depth plan with shallow outshut. 2 storeys plus attic over basement; 2-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes with thick glazing bars; paired sash on the left. Ground floor has late C19 four-light double shop front; original slender turned mullions with carved bases and caps to window on right; canted end lights; pair of central glazed doors plus house doorway at far right with door later flush panelled and overlight; granite ashlar stall riser; full-width moulded entablature with sloping fascia. Left-hand return is incised stucco and has C18 horizontal-sliding sash over C18 twelve-pane sash, on left, and 2 basement openings; one boarded over and one with iron bars. No.2 Angel Hill is partly boarded up obscuring old windows and doors: interior of No.3 has original fireplace structure to ground floor; 1st floor not inspected.
