Town house, now shop. Early C19. Incised stucco on studwork to
front; natural slate roof with gable ends; slatehanging to
right-hand gable. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window
front. Original 16-pane hornless sashes within moulded wooden
architraves under keyblocks; mid-floor string and quoin
strips. Ground floor has C20 shop front with dressed granite
to end walls and under shop window. INTERIOR: ground floor
altered C20, 1st floor not inspected.
