House. c1850. Roughly-coursed rubble with granite dressings. Dry Delabole slate roofs with coped gables, large stone lateral stack towards left. Plan probably 3 rooms wide and 2 rooms deep. Entrance towards right. Tudor-Gothic style. Prince's Street elevation of 2 storeys plus attics; nearly symmetrical 2-window 2-gable front. Pointed-arched doorway left of centre flanked by 4-light flat hooded windows; first floor has 4-light transomed windows with trefoil-headed lights; left-hand gable has 3-light windows, other gable has 2-light window. Duke Street elevation of 2 storeys plus attic over basement: string over basement as plinth, 3 gabled dormers, mullioned windows, pointed-arched doorway with hoodmould; 2-light windows with transoms and pointed lights to first floor; 3-light windows with pointed lights to gables above; segmental pointed-arched doorway towards right with ventilated granite steps leading to 6-panel door.
