Terrace of three houses, 1841-3. Developed by CH Hill. Stock brick, slate roofs, party wall stacks. Two storeys and attic over raised rendered basement. Each house of 2-window range. Stone steps and rendered balustrades lead to 6-panel door with top light in rendered doorcase having square capitals and cornice. Tripartite sash windows to basement and ground floors, the latter only having horizontal glazing bars (those to No. 50 removed). 6/6 sashes to first floor and 3/3 and tripartite attic dormers. Ground and first floors have gauged brick heads; rendered band between these floors. Side elevations mostly blind but have sashes beneath projecting eaves.
