Reading rooms, now house. Early C19 with late C19 addition.
Red brick with plain tile roof and brick gable stack to east,
plus stone eaves band. Single storey, two bays with two bay
rear late C19 addition. North elevation has central segment
headed C20 door with C20 segment headed casements to either
side. West gable wall has segment headed plain sash and to
south, rear addition has two similar windows with brick pilaster
strip between. Listed partly for historical interest. Included
for group value only.
