Small town house. C17. Roughcast render on steep asbestos
slate roof with original raking dormer breaking eaves on the
right. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys with 2nd floor partly in
roof space; 3-window (1st floor) range including narrow
central C20 inserted window. C18 and early C19 16-pane
hornless sashes except for horned copy to 1st floor left and
original 2-light ovolo-moulded wooden mullioned window to 2nd
floor right with early C19 centre-hung casement with glazing
bars. Doorway on the right with C18 6-panel door with all
panels later glazed; C20 slate hood on brackets over.
INTERIOR: chamfered granite fireplace lintel (resited
inverted); chamfered oak ceiling joists; winder stair on right
and evidence of reduced window opening to front left. Roof
structure not inspected.
