Pair of cottages. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Square panel timber framing with plaster and brick nogging, partly rebuilt in red brick, now painted. Plain tile roofs with large brick ridge stack to No 24.

Each cottage has two storeys, No 26 has two bays and No 24 three bays. No 26 to north has a complete timber frame with four panels of framing to front elevation with corner braces to the upper panels. Ground floor has two C20 leaded casements and two similar above. North gable wall has C20 lean-to to ground floor and a queen post truss above. No 24, attached to south, has only the fragments of a timber frame with only the wall plate and three posts surviving, the two to front elevation with corner braces. Ground floor has a three-light flat headed horizontal sliding glazing bar sash to
south and two C20 casement windows to north. Above to north there are two small pane two-light casements. Gable wall has similar windows, as does the C19 rear addition.
